By accessing, registering on, or using the ra999 platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, the ra999 Casino, slots, Jackpot Bingo, Slide, and all other services available at ra999.co — you ("the Player," "you," "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the ra999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ra999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the ra999 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ra999. These Terms are written in English and shall be construed and interpreted in English. Where translations exist for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.
2.1 Minimum Age. The ra999 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account at ra999, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. ra999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the 18+ requirement cannot be demonstrated to ra999's satisfaction.
2.2 Legal Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ra999 platform — including cricket betting, casino games, and all other services — is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. ra999 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. You must not use the ra999 platform if doing so would contravene the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) ra999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. ra999 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to a player found to have opened duplicate accounts, to void all bets placed across those accounts, and to confiscate any balances where fraudulent intent is reasonably suspected.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ra999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials. You must notify ra999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
2.5 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your ra999 account and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
3.1 ra999 operates Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: (a) upon registration; (b) prior to processing a withdrawal; (c) when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds; or (d) where ra999 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity.
3.2 Acceptable Documents. Acceptable identity documents include a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence. ra999 may also request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership.
3.3 Processing Time. ra999 will endeavour to process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours of receipt of all required documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion. ra999 shall not be liable for any delays in payment processing attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions by the Player.
3.4 Right to Withhold Payments. ra999 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, ra999 reserves the right to close the account and return the verified deposited amount, minus any bonuses or unverified credits, to the Player's original payment source.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ra999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All account balances at ra999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your ra999 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are processed within 2 hours of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations. ra999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes after approval: JazzCash/Easypaisa: 15–45 minutes; Bank transfers: 1–24 hours; USDT TRC20: 30–60 minutes. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
4.4 Same Method Withdrawal Policy. ra999 reserves the right to require that withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for deposits, up to the deposited amount, as part of its AML compliance obligations.
4.5 Refused Transactions. ra999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent; (b) the source of funds cannot be verified; (c) the transaction would violate applicable laws or regulations; or (d) ra999's AML or compliance policies require it.
5.1 All bets placed on the ra999 platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, game-specific rules shall take precedence over these general Terms for the relevant game type.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. ra999 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where ra999 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event may have been compromised.
5.3 Errors & Manifest Mistakes. In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or game results — including but not limited to technical errors, data feed errors, or pricing errors — ra999 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected players. ra999 shall not be liable to honour bets placed based on erroneous odds or game states attributable to a technical malfunction.
5.4 Cricket Betting. ra999 offers betting markets on PSL matches, Pakistan international cricket fixtures, and other global cricket events. All cricket betting is subject to the ra999 Cricket Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. Settlement of cricket bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
5.5 Casino Game Results. Live dealer casino game results at ra999 Casino are determined by real physical equipment (cards, wheels) operated by trained dealers in real time. RNG game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator software. ra999 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
6.1 ra999 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games. Players must read and accept the specific terms of each Bonus before claiming.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses at ra999 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution rates for each game category are published on the ra999 promotions page.
6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. ra999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonuses — and to void any winnings derived from those Bonuses — where there is evidence of: (a) bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of bonus offers; (b) use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; (c) multiple accounts claiming the same Bonus; or (d) any other form of fraudulent or abusive conduct in connection with Bonuses.
6.4 Modification of Promotions. ra999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect Bonuses already claimed and being actively wagered in good faith.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ra999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
8.1 ra999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Pakistan. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools within every player account, including: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods; and both temporary and permanent self-exclusion facilities.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the ra999 platform for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, ra999 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from accessing their account, including blocking account login and removing the Player from all marketing communications.
8.3 Age Verification. ra999 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional checks at any time. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned; any winnings will be forfeited.

9.1 All intellectual property on the ra999 platform — including but not limited to the ra999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ra999 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ra999 intellectual property.
9.2 You may access and use the ra999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ra999 content without prior written authorisation from ra999.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ra999, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ra999 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial losses.
10.2 ra999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ra999 shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.
10.3 ra999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ra999 collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an ra999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ra999 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data.
ra999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ra999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or on-site notification. Your continued use of the ra999 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ra999's operating jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of ra999 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. ra999 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
